So what's a good way to blow off some steam and have a blast with your buddies if another truck show just won't cut it?
I'll tell you how? It goes something like this. Our buddy Ben Da Pirate, as we call him, called up and said he was heading down our way for a weekend visit as he had a wedding to go to. So the plans were formed for a pre-party Friday night with just a few friends, a few drinks, some pool, etc... nothing crazy. But this "pre-party" raged until 3 AM and we're only just getting started. So Saturday rolls around and we crawl out of bed around noon to prepare for the night's festivities. Little did we know that about 15 of us would end up taking over an entire bowling alley for a few hours of somewhat blurred bowling. I learned the best way to pick up that pesky 7-10 split is to throw two bowls down the lane at the same time! So after the bartender calls up over the loud speaker for our lanes specifically requesting for me to come up for last call knowing we would buy the bar out! HAHA it was time to retire back to the pad...
That's when things really got interesting... after polishing off the rest of our alcohol including a bottle of Absinth we decided it would be fun to play pool again and throw some darts. YUP! Darts! I know what you're all thinking, and you're right! Alcohol and darts don't mix! Needless to say a dart ended up stabbing a friends hand from about 20 ft. away!!!
So let's recap, I lost my wallet, broke my phone, learned some new bowling techniques, and threw a dart through a friend's hand! Now if that's not a good weekend to blow of some steam, I don't know what is!!! Until, next time ;) -L888888888
