Commuter Status Gets New Headlights

Remember Commuter Status? Although about half a year has gone by since we finished adding new bags, valves, gauges, and a six-link, we still have tons of things planned for this truck.

When customizing a truck, headlights can be a good place to start because they can drastically change the front-end look and overall style of your ride without affecting drivability. Looking at the front end of my truck, I noticed that my headlights and clear corners were disgustingly cloudy, scratched, and old. Since I was sick of yellowing clear corners (and this was my second set!) and stock headlights, I decided to go a different route completely and try black lights. Since my taillights had carbon fiber housing, I thought it would look cool to have carbon fiber housing headlights. I had seen one set of these floating around, and thought it would be worth a try to get ahold of a pair. So, I hit up Liberty Motorsports at (714)514-1476, dumping on them the assignment of finding these carbon fiber housing projector headlights. Offering everything from 24" rim packages, lifts kits, lowering kits, spray on bedliners, and anything else needed to make a truck YOUR truck, I figured they could help me with my embarrassing lighting situation. As you can see, something as simple as new headlights can make a significant difference.
