We made it!

1972 Toyota Hilux Makes FFF Show

Well a very tiring two weeks has passed, but we made it! The FFF show was another great year and we were able to debut the 1972 Toyota Hilux layed flat out and reclaim the Lowest Club trophy.

At the FFF show

      Plenty of sleepless nights, Rockstars, and some great friends coming to the rescue is what made this stock to laid out build possible! Special thanks to Lowrider Depot, Jamey Jordan, Lost Cause, Sadistic Iron Werks, Mindliss Metal Fab, and everyone who helped out with this build! There will be plenty more to come on it so stay tuned to the magazine and website for complete build up pics!

3. mike truck looked cool, but for the almost month you had into it with the names you had helping you i was a bit disapointed with progress that had been made on this truck considering a member of my club nearly completed a mustang 2 front end conversion (if it hadnt been for the fact autozone isnt open to get a gasket at 6am) in the 10 days leading up to fff on his own with limited tools and knowledge having never done it before... looked cool but was expecting more out of how many people were working on this cant wait to see more progress on it at future shows!

4. we only had about 2 and 1/2 weeks... and if u noticed all of the actual mods and things shaved, not to mention layed out and stock floored in that amount of time you would definitely appreciate how much work it took to get it down on flat rocker!

5. it always amazes me how much work goes into ANY of these trucks!! At the end of the day, it looks all nice and tidy and like it happened overnight. Funny how that works! Mike are you taking it to Danger Zone? Are you going?

6. I'll be at Danger Zone, but the truck is still in the works with the frame all torn apart now so it won't make it there, but I will ;)
