So hello, the time is 4:20PM on Tuesday, May 12, 2009. I hope you're having a super duper day.
I just finished a Rockstar (a low calorie one, as I do enough sitting as it is) and upon recycling that can, refilled my coffee cup. I'm kind of bouncing off the walls, and my fingers are ready for typing, like it or not. The only cure is to blog.
Let's see. My phone broke a few weeks ago, so I probably lost the two friends I had by not returning calls and ignoring texts. Bummer, but part of me was okay with it. On Sunday I gave in to the immense pressure of my brother and got a Blackberry. (This isn't a surprise, considering I'd jump off a cliff if he told me to.) A Blackberry Curve, to be exact. Oh, hold on - Barnes & Noble sent me an email, which my Blackberry just notified me of. You see, I am a very important person now, receiving important spam messages on my Blackberry. Now I can BBM and Facebook and Twitter and Myspace myself to death. Who needs a life? Not me - I have my Blackberry. Someday I'll even learn how to use it. Shoot, I could probably approach any fifth grader and have them fully explain it to me. I'm still shocked that I can go online and don't have to use T9 to spell words.
Let's see, what else. Boss was just playing Tetris on his phone while waiting for Photoshop to run an action on a million pictures. This then spread to two co-workers, but here we are now, back on track again. For the record, I did NOT play.
Oh yeah, one more thing. If you have not done so already, search "Inspired Bicycles - Danny MacAskill April 2009" on You Tube. This is the most amazing video EVER. Seriously. This dude should be called Danny Megaskill. The things he pulls off on a bicycle are just beyond belief, and he makes it look so easy. I ride biketrials, and it is NOT easy. I'm pumped to go try to not suck so much.
But for now, it's back to babysitting websites.
