Sign-ups for the Mini Truckin' Scale Model Build Contest, Round 3, have ended and confirmations have been sent to the 19 participants.
Although the number of entrants has decreased dramatically for this round compared to the last round, we expect that these are serious builders who intend on producing quality custom scale model vehicles. Many have participated in Rounds 1 and 2, and enter this final round with new ideas and refined techniques. Each participant will have two months to complete his scale model(s): August 1-October 1, 2009.

These scale model builders are competing to win. In addition to plenty of online coverage, Round 1 has received magazine coverage in the April 2009 and May 2009 issues, and Round 2 will be covered in the December 2009 issue. We can expect magazine coverage of Round 3, as well! After Round 3, the builds will be by invite only, as the best of the best duke it out.
